The Vision of Victory Church:

We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is simple! Our purpose as a Biblical Church

is  simple, too! If we are striving to Know Jesus deeper, that will lead to following Him bolder. If we consistently follow Him more,  DECLARING JESUS becomes a lifestyle. 

When we share Jesus with others, they start on their own journey of Knowing Him,

Following Him, and Declaring Him to the Nations! "Therefore, Go! Make Disciples..."

These declarations show how we strive to accomplish the Vision of Victory! With each mission phrase, we highlight the purposes of the Christian Church, found in the New Testament.    

These practices are essential to who we are as Victory Church.

• WE GATHER… for Worship & Fellowship.

 

Worship connects us with God. Our desire for all believers is to have private and public times of worship. We know that both kinds have different goals and benefits.

Fellowship connects us with the Church. We encourage fellow believers to spend time with one another…do life together. It is the believer’s responsibility to “plug in.”

• WE GROW… in Discipleship & Accountability.

 

Discipleship is a fancy church word for becoming a student follower of Jesus Christ.

We want to get to know Him closer, learn more of His teachings & obey His expectations for us. As a church, gather to study things Scripture and other topics. 

Accountability begins with taking responsibility for one's own actions and making a conscious choice of allowing God’s will to transform our lives. It also means that we invite others to participate in that process. We are a family.

• WE GIVE… our Offerings & Service.

​

Offerings are something God has instructed His people to give, usually adjusting our FOCUS on God and reflecting on His provincial role in our lives. At Victory Church, we strive to remain faithful to God’s command about giving Him sacrifices, tithes, and gifts.  

Service is a regular part of Victory culture, as we gather together as a church to focus on our Lord. There is no better way to participate in this mindset than giving our time and gifts for others.

• WE GO… with The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

Declaring Jesus and making disciples has always been the priority of the church.

It is a serious calling that Jesus gave us. Victory Church shares the Gospel of Christ in multiple ways. Our goal is to be obedient to what the Lord asked His Church to do:

GO with the GOSPEL!

When it comes to all beliefs of Victory Church,

We strive for three actions:

 

In ESSENTIAL BELIEFS – We have UNITY.

These beliefs & doctrines are the non-negotiables. Topics like the Trinity, Salvation, Monotheism, Biblical Authority, and Jesus’ Identity are not open for a variety of opinions. These things must be agreed upon to be in Biblical Christian fellowship at Victory Church.

 

​In NON-ESSENTIAL BELIEFS – We have GRACE.

These beliefs are open to personal interpretation and preference. We can agree to disagree. Topics like the Lord’s supper, worship styles, spiritual gifts, translations of the Bible, and holiday celebrations are a matter of personal conviction.

 

In ALL BELIEFS – We have LOVE.

In all beliefs, we must obey the greatest commandments in Scripture: Love God and love others. Whether we disagree on the smallest preferences or largest theological points, believers are commanded by Christ, to love.
